Bill and Janet Liebsch are the founders of Fedhealth, a publishing and marketing company formed in 1999 to help the public focus on preparedness and health-related issues. We also are the authors, copyright owners and publishers of "IT'S A DISASTER! ...and what are YOU gonna do about it?" and are dedicated to developing programs that primarily benefit First Responders, schools and volunteers.

The daily reports of disasters reinforce that people need to take personal responsibility for their own and their families’ safety. Our 284-page 4th Edition helps families and businesses prepare for and respond to most types of emergencies, first aid needs, and natural or man-made disasters (including Terrorism).

And since our goal is to get this data into every home and business in North America we now offer our deeply discounted products direct to agencies, businesses, groups and citizens.

With hundreds of thousands of books in print (sold primarily to Government agencies) and over $2.7 million in cash and match donations to First Responders, volunteers and nonprofit organizations, we continue to explore new and innovative ways to help our country "be aware, be prepared, and have a plan".

Fedhealth is a sole source, small business listed on the Department of Defense's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, the Ariba Supplier Network, eVA and several State procurement systems.
